Great team. Sluggish website?

Your business can do more than your website shows applicants.

Get in touch — no strings attached

Your business can do more than your website shows applicants. You have a good team, fair pay, modern equipment, and work people can be proud of. But nobody looking for a new job sees any of that. Anyone who lands on your website might find a phone number, a PDF job ad from three years ago, and a contact form that doesn’t work on mobile. Then they go with the business next door that simply looks better.

The skilled-labor shortage is real, and good people have options. They check out employers the same way customers check out providers: online first, mostly on their phone. A modern website is therefore not an end in itself — it’s a recruitment tool. A dedicated careers page, real glimpses into the team and the business, an application that takes two minutes, and a quick response from you: that’s the difference between an application and someone clicking away.

I build your website individually, with no page builder, fast, responsive and low-barrier. Local fonts, no tracking cookies, GDPR-friendly. And you get one steady point of contact who understands who you’re looking for and how you want to come across as an employer.

What your new website will do

Frequently asked questions

What does a recruitment-focused website cost?

That depends on scope: is an added careers page on your existing website enough, or should the whole employer-facing presence be rebuilt? Number of positions, features like an application form, and existing imagery play a role too. Tell me what you need, and I’ll give you an honest, fixed offer before I start. No hidden items.

Wouldn’t a job posting on a portal be enough?

A portal brings reach, but everyone who looks at your ad then googles your business. If an outdated website or no careers page at all shows up, that expensive ad fizzles out. Your own website is where you show what it’s actually like to work for you, with no portal restrictions and no competitor listed right next to you. Both together work best: the portal brings people, your website convinces them.

Can you add a careers page to my existing website?

In many cases, yes. If your website is technically sound, a careers page with positions, insights and an application form can be added. If the site is outdated or unusable on mobile, a rebuild usually makes more sense. I’ll look at your current site and tell you honestly which path makes more sense.

How do I update positions when something changes?

We’ll set that up however fits you. Either you maintain positions yourself through a simple input area, or you send me the change and I make it happen. What matters is that filled positions disappear quickly and new ones go up fast, so your careers page always stays current.

What if I don’t have good photos of the team?

That’s solvable. Honest, well-shot photos from everyday work are often entirely enough — precisely because they feel real. If needed, we’ll discuss what you can photograph yourself or where professional photos are worth it. A few real photos beat purchased stock images where everyone can tell it’s not actually your team.
