Recognized before anyone reads your name.

Corporate design from Stuttgart: from logo to a complete brand identity. Colors, typography, stationery, and a compact style guide — so your presence feels like one consistent thing everywhere.

Start a project

A good logo is a start — nothing more. Your company only becomes recognizable once colors, typography and design rules produce the same picture on every channel: on the business card just as much as on the website, in a proposal just as much as in a social media post. That system is your corporate design — and that’s exactly what I build for you.

Since 2016, I’ve been designing brand identities as a freelance communication designer in Stuttgart for sole traders and small businesses. My approach is deliberately practical: not an 80-page brand manual nobody reads, but a compact style guide with the rules you actually need day to day — logo usage, color values, typography, spacing, clear dos and don’ts.

On top of that come the applications you can put to work immediately: letterhead, business cards, email signature, templates for social media or presentations — depending on what your business genuinely needs. Everything coordinated, everything in open file formats. So your presence looks intentional, not accidental.

How your project runs

  1. STEP 1 Initial Consultation

We clarify, free and without obligation, where you stand: is there already a logo? Which channels do you use? What should your presence communicate? Afterward you get a fixed-price offer.

  2. STEP 2 Analysis & Concept

I review your existing materials and your competitive landscape and define which building blocks your identity needs — from the logo to social media templates.

  3. STEP 3 Design Development

Colors, typography and design principles take shape — building on your existing logo, or alongside a new one. You judge the effect on concrete examples, not abstract color swatches.

  4. STEP 4 Designing the Applications

Letterhead, business cards, signature, templates: I design the tools you work with daily — checking every detail in print as well as on screen.

  5. STEP 5 Style Guide & Handover

You receive all open source files plus a compact style guide documenting the rules. That lets your print shop, agency, or new hires carry on cleanly right away.

Corporate design lives on coordination — and that simply works better in person. In Stuttgart, we sit at the same table for color decisions, hold print samples in our hands together instead of just on a screen, and settle open questions in a short meeting instead of a long email thread. I’m also quickly reachable for businesses across the region — from Esslingen to Ludwigsburg to Böblingen.

Frequently asked questions

What’s actually part of a corporate design?

The foundation is your logo, color palette and typography. On top come design rules — for spacing and imagery, for example — plus the applications: stationery like letterhead and business cards, an email signature, templates for social media or presentations. We work out together in the initial conversation how much of this you actually need.

I already have a logo. Can we build on that?

In most cases, yes. I check whether your logo is technically sound and holds up as a design — if needed, I’ll suggest a careful refresh. The goal is a coherent system, not a restart for its own sake.

What does corporate design cost, and how long does it take?

That depends on scope: how many applications get designed? Is there already a logo? How detailed should the style guide be? After a free initial conversation, you get a fixed-price offer and a realistic timeline — both with no hidden items.

Do I really need a style guide?

Yes — it’s the memory of your visual identity. Without documented rules, every piece of design drifts apart the moment more than one person works with it. My style guides are deliberately compact: color values, typography, logo rules and examples on a few pages, not a manual that sits unread in a drawer.

What formats do I get my files in?

You get your logo as vector files (e.g. SVG, EPS, PDF) and in common pixel formats for web and office use, plus the open source files for the applications. I supply color values for print (CMYK) and screen (RGB/hex). You stay independent — including from me.

Does the corporate design work on my website too?

That’s the standard I hold myself to. Since I also build custom websites alongside corporate design — for example physiotakt.de for a mobile physiotherapy practice — I think about both together from the start: colors with enough contrast, fonts that load cleanly on the web, rules that hold up on a phone too.

Projects in this area

2026 · Web Design · Web App · Development Familienzeit Stuttgart — Family Portal

For Familienzeit Stuttgart, I designed, built and developed a non-commercial family portal: a searchable collection of day-trip destinations, playgrounds, museums and activities in and around Stuttgart — with a map view, radius search, filters and a favorites list. The goal was a practical, friendly and bright tool that makes content easy to find and inspires shared time together. Made by families, for families.

2026 · Web Design · Concept · Branding physiotakt — Mobile Physiotherapy

For physiotakt, I handled the concept, design and technical implementation of the website — with a focus on clear user guidance, an authentic voice and a calm, trustworthy brand feel. The goal was a modern online presence that makes mobile, in-home physiotherapy easy to understand and brings out the therapist’s personality.
