On the skin forever. Online?
Clean lines on the skin. Blurry lines online?
Get in touch — no strings attachedClean lines on the skin. Blurry lines online? A tattoo studio doesn't sell anything off the shelf. You sell trust, style, and the assurance that the piece holds up to what the design sketch promised. That's exactly what your website has to convey before anyone shows up for a first consultation. Most inquiries today start on a phone: someone sees a reel, a photo, a recommendation, and googles your studio name or “tattoo Stuttgart”. What that person sees in the next ten seconds decides whether they reach out or move on to the competitor in the next neighborhood.
The centerpiece is the gallery. Healed shots, line work, color realism, fineline, cover-ups, every studio and every artist has their own signature style, and it needs to be visible in full resolution, not in mushy compressed Instagram thumbnails. Alongside that belong the things your customers actually search for: which artists work at your studio and in which style, how booking works, roughly what a session costs, what your hygiene and aftercare rules are. I build you a website that answers these questions before your phone even rings, and that looks just as sharp on a smartphone as the work looks on skin.
Sound familiar?
-
The gallery only lives on Instagram. Your best work disappears into the feed, buried after three days, and belongs to the algorithm, not you. Anyone googling you finds no sorted overview by artist and style, just hundreds of posts to dig through.
-
Photos load slowly and look flat. Tattoo designs live on detail and contrast. If the website takes seconds for an image to sharpen, or the shots look compressed and washed out, the prospect bounces before recognizing the skill.
-
Inquiries come in chaotically. Sometimes via DM, sometimes WhatsApp, sometimes three different email addresses, often with no design idea, body placement, or size. Every inquiry costs the same follow-up questions and appointment slots that never actually happen.
-
Hygiene, aftercare and the process stay invisible. Especially first-time clients feel apprehensive about the appointment and have many questions about pain, healing and sterility. If the answers aren't on the site, every single one of them lands with you instead of the website clearing it up beforehand.
What your new website will do
-
A gallery that belongs to you. Your work sorted by artist and style, in full sharpness, permanently findable, independent of any social-media algorithm.
-
A structured booking inquiry. A form that captures design idea, body placement, rough size, preferred artist and availability all at once, so you only respond to qualified inquiries instead of chasing details ten times over.
-
Fast on a smartphone. The site loads quickly and shows your designs razor sharp on the go too, right where most of your prospects look first.
-
Found in the region. Anyone searching for a studio or your style in Stuttgart and the surrounding area lands with you, because the site is built search-engine-friendly and aligned with your location.
Frequently asked questions
Can I update my gallery myself when a new tattoo is added?
Yes. You get a simple area where you can upload new pieces, assign them to an artist and style, and swap images, with no code or programming knowledge needed. If you'd rather not touch it at all, I take over the upkeep on request.
Can a booking inquiry or a booking tool be integrated?
Yes. From a well-thought-out inquiry form asking for design, body placement and preferred artist, to a full booking system, a lot is possible, either integrating an existing booking tool or a lean booking flow right on the site. We work out beforehand what fits your studio's workflow, instead of forcing a rigid system on you.
What does a website for my tattoo studio cost?
That depends on scope: number of artists, gallery size, whether an inquiry form or booking system is needed, whether you want to maintain content yourself. I look at your studio, hear what you need, and give you a clear fixed price upfront, so you know exactly where you stand. No hidden items.
Can I show my Instagram posts on the website?
That's possible, but it shouldn't be the foundation. An embedded Instagram preview is a nice extra, but loads slower and doesn't belong to you. A dedicated gallery on your own site, complemented with subtle links to your social profiles, makes more sense.
Will competitors just copy my designs once they're online?
Visibility gains more than it risks: clients need to see your work to choose you. I can deliver images in a way that makes downloading and right-clicking harder, and subtle watermarks are possible too. There's never a hundred percent protection on the web, but your signature style stays unmistakably yours.
