Your business is real. Stock photos?

A cohesive visual world for your entire business — spaces, workflows, products and details from your real, everyday operations, photographed as a reportage instead of interchangeable individual shots.

Start a project

Corporate photography isn’t about one portrait — it’s about a whole visual world: your spaces and location, the atmosphere on-site, workflows and processes, products, tools, and the small details that make your business recognizable. These shots are conceived as a cohesive reportage, not a loose collection of individual images.

That’s exactly what sets real image photography apart from stock material. A stock photo shows some office, some workshop, some smiling model — your visual world shows what it actually looks, feels and sounds like at your business. Anyone who sees it knows in advance what they’re getting into, and that builds trust before the first conversation even happens.

Because I shoot from one consistent visual style — the same visual language, the same lighting and color signature across every shot — the material holds together later across the full range: on your website, in your Google Business Profile, on social media and in print. You don’t get a grab bag — you get a photo pool that works as a coherent whole.

How your project runs

  1. STEP 1 Visual-World Concept

Before we shoot anything, we clarify what story your business should tell: which spaces, which processes, which products and details belong to it? From this, a shot list emerges that covers the working day, not just the showcase corners.

  2. STEP 2 On-Site Reportage

I accompany you through a half or full day of normal operations and photograph what’s actually happening — without staging everything. This produces shots of processes, hands at work and moods that can’t be recreated artificially.

  3. STEP 3 Spaces, Products & Details

Alongside the reportage, I specifically capture the calmer shots: tidy spaces, location and curb appeal, products, and the small details that define your business. These images later carry teasers, backgrounds and transitions.

  4. STEP 4 Consistent Editing

Every shot is developed in one shared visual signature — light, color and contrast matched across the whole set, so the visual world reads as one coherent thing rather than three different sources stitched together.

  5. STEP 5 Structured Handover

You receive the finished photo pool sorted by use case, in optimized files: web-compressed for fast load times, high-resolution for print — ready to be distributed across your website, profiles, social media and print.

A genuine visual world takes shape where your business actually works — in your spaces, with your people, at your machines. As a corporate photographer from Stuttgart, I come to you for the reportage: in Stuttgart itself as well as the region, from Esslingen to Ludwigsburg to Böblingen. An on-site appointment is quick to arrange.

Frequently asked questions

How is corporate photography different from individual business or team photos?

Business and team photos show people. Corporate photography shows the whole picture: spaces, processes, products, atmosphere and details as a cohesive reportage. Instead of individual shots, you get a visual world that tells the story of your business across every channel — portraits can be part of it, but they’re not the core of it.

Does anything need to be staged or specially cleared for the reportage?

As little as possible. It’s precisely the real, unstaged moments from everyday operations that come across most credibly. For individual space and product shots, we tidy up specifically where needed, but I photograph day-to-day operations as they actually happen. Beforehand, we agree on which areas can be photographed and which can’t.

How long does an on-site reportage session take?

That depends on the size of your business and the shot list. For a cohesive visual world, I usually plan a half to full day, to leave enough time for processes, spaces, products and details without disrupting daily operations. We agree on the exact scope together beforehand.

What does a complete corporate reportage cost?

That depends on the scope of the visual world, time spent on-site, and editing effort. A small reportage comes together faster than a full day covering the whole business. After a free initial conversation, you get a fixed price — so you know in advance what the finished visual world costs.

Do the photos still work if my spaces aren’t picture-perfect?

Yes. It’s not about a polished, glossy look — it’s about authenticity. I look for the angles and light where your business genuinely looks good, and focus on what defines your work. Authentic photos with character are more convincing than a sterile backdrop where nothing feels recognizable.
